The greatest impact on performance is made when we understand and address the whole system.


TPH adopts a systemic and systematic approach, considering all the components of a client’s performance system and their relationship to one another.

We advocate the Human Performance Improvement methodology, instituted by The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) – a robust diagnostic framework to understand the organisational context, strategic drivers and performance objectives, and the analysis of areas of leverage/barriers.

This enables a client-centred and bespoke approach to solution design, development and implementation.
