Our approach to BEEE

We are currently 100% owned by a BBBEE Trust, called the Community and Individual Development Trust, and shortly will be diluted to 51% after doing a staff incentive trust.

Our Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment status has been rated by an independent verifier, Empowerdex, in accordance with the Department of Trade and Industry’s Codes of Good Practice and in a manner consistent with the objectives of the BBBEE Act and South Africa’s Economic Transformation. This award gives our clients enhanced procurement recognition. When reporting on preferential procurement, for every R100 spent with our company, the client will recognize R135.

Our raison d’être is to contribute to sustainable business and socio-economic transformation through people development. Socio-economic development is achieved through channelling a percentage of our profits into the Trust, to fund tertiary education bursaries for disadvantaged youth in South Africa. We are proud of our broad based black ownership, and of its benefits to our clients.

The Performance Hub as an employer brand will always draw talented employees who are passionate about making a contribution to business transformation, whilst contributing to sustainable socio-economic upliftment. This is a truly remarkable grassroots transformation profile and aligns with the organisation’s purpose.

The Performance Hub conducts all the call-centre training for Invincible Outsourcing and the Maharishi Institute as a pro-bono contribution. Furthermore The Performance Hub also channels more than the required 3% NPBT towards CSI initiatives within the Group.
